If you don&#039;t want to use the compiled parameter -D SERVER_CONFIG_FILE=”conf/httpd.conf” , then you can force apache to use a different httpd.conf file during startup using one of the following methods:

&lt;li&gt;# httpd -k start -f conf/httpd.conf.debug&lt;/li&gt;
