I'd like to ask, how should I choose the server?

If I choose the one closest to my city, does it mean it the most accurate result?
I am using skype to skype calls with people in another country.
Should I click the other country's server to know how fast my call can connect there? or should i just click where I am located?
thanks in advance.

Hello Ramesh

Thanks for the link.

You may want to add the link to the site
http://www.auditmypc.com/internet-speed-test.asp

This gives reliable speed results and I have used for for quite a while while cribbing about internet speeds with my ISP.
